Make a Pop-Up Card

Use 2 pieces of card stock or thick paper. Follow the instructions below to make your own pop up card.

1. Fold both papers in half 2. On one of the papers, cut two small vertical slits on the fold 3. Fold the square made by the slit cuts forward and then backward.

4. Open the card and you have a step. Draw a fun character or object on another piece of paper (Like the sun in this picture). Cut it out and glue in to the front of the step.

5. Glue the other thick paper to the outside, to make a cover.
